Booking Policy

We kindly ask you to review our booking policy carefully before scheduling your appointment.

  • A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot when you book. $50 deposit is applied to
  • To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please text or call us at 949-372-2757 at least 72 hours before your set appointment time. A minimum of 72 hours’ notice must be required to make any changes.
  • A deposit can only be transferred once, when you reschedule your appointment with a minimum of 72 hours’ notice. If you need to reschedule a second time, a new deposit will be required.
  • If you cancel your appointment within 72 hours, your deposit will be non-refundable, and a cancellation fee of $50 will apply.
  • Appointments scheduled within the next 72 hours cannot be rescheduled.
  • Within 24 hours of the appointment, cancellations, no-shows, and rescheduling will be charged 50% of the scheduled cost.
